Support Groups
New six-week support groups are scheduled periodically during the year throughout our service area, in addition to our on-going groups. All of our support groups/programs are open to the public not just those who have been served by hospice care. Our bereavement counselors are always available for consultations and one-on-one counseling. Weekly Support Group
Every Tuesday, 4 pm - 5 pm, Community Hospice Care Center
