Available Positions
Full-Time Nurses - RNs and LPNs
RN and LPN positions are available in our Homecare Division. Must be licensed in Kentucky and Ohio. Some experience is preferred. Monday - Friday, day shift, with occasional on-call.
State Registered Nursing Assistants
SRNA positions are available for our Homecare Division and/or our in-patient facility. Must be licensed. Minimum of 1 year experience preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Full-time position, must have weekend availability.
PRN Physicians
Community Hospice is seeking qualified PRN physicians to provide coverage for the Chief Medical Officer. Physician coverage includes per-visit opportunities, per-day coverage, weekend coverage, and full-week coverage. Doctor of Medical or Osteopathy is required with current unrestricted Kentucky license to practice medicine. Must have a DEA license. Board-certified in family practice or internal medicine preferred.
