Support Groups

Grief can feel different for everyone but no one should have to walk through it alone.
Community Hospice offers support groups designed to provide comfort, connection, and understanding for individuals who are navigating the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or you are continuing your journey of healing, our groups create a safe and welcoming space to share, reflect, listen, and connect with others.

Grief Support Groups

Community Hospice offers a variety of grief support groups throughout the year based on community need and participation. All grief support groups are open to the public and are available to anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one, not just those served by hospice care.

Grief can often feel overwhelming and isolating, but you do not have to walk through it alone. At Community Hospice, our support groups provide a compassionate and welcoming space where individuals can connect with others who are experiencing similar feelings and life changes after the loss of a loved one.

Led by trained Bereavement Counselors, our support groups offer encouragement, understanding, and helpful coping tools in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you are newly grieving or continuing your healing journey, we are here to provide comfort, connection, and hope.

You do not have to have received hospice services through Community Hospice to participate. Wherever you are in your journey, we welcome you to join us.
