Every life leaves a lasting impact, and every story deserves to be remembered.
Twice each year, Community Hospice gathers with families, friends, staff, and volunteers to honor and remember those who were entrusted to our care during the previous six months. Our Memorial Services provide a special time to pause, reflect, and recognize the lives that touched our hearts and our community.

Honoring Memories, Supporting Healing
Community Hospice hosts Memorial Services twice a year to honor the lives of the patients we have been privileged to care for over the previous six months. Families of those being remembered receive personalized invitations to attend.
These services are open to families and loved ones as a time of remembrance, connection, and continued support. It is our privilege to remember those we have cared for and to honor the lasting legacy they leave behind.
