A Message from Our CEO

Welcome to Community Hospice.

When I stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2020, I did so not just as a healthcare professional, but as someone who had just personally experienced the profound impact of our work. My father passed away under the care of Community Hospice on the very day I was offered this position. This personal journey gave me a firsthand testimony of the dignity, comfort, and ultimate relief that true compassionate care brings to a family. It remains the driving force behind my commitment to our mission every single day.

For nearly five decades, Community Hospice has built a legacy of trust across Ashland, Ironton, and our surrounding service area. Facing a serious or life-limiting illness is one of the most challenging chapters a family can navigate. Our goal is to ensure you never have to walk that path alone. Through our dedicated team of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers, we focus on enhancing the quality of life, managing pain, and providing unwavering emotional and spiritual support.
