Designed to feel warm and welcoming, the Care Center offers expert medical care, comfort-focused support, and peace of mind for both patients and families during times of increased need.

Community Hospice Care Center
Many people believe hospice Care Centers are only for patients at the very end of life, but that is not always the case. Our Care Center serves patients for a variety of short-term needs, and many patients are able to return home once their symptoms are stabilized or additional support is no longer needed.
The Care Center provides specialized hospice care in a comfortable, home-like environment for patients who may need:
- Pain and symptom management
- Medication adjustments and monitoring
- Short-term care following a hospital stay
- Respite care to give caregivers time to rest and recharge
- Around-the-clock nursing support during periods of increased need
For some patients, a temporary stay at the Care Center can help improve comfort and quality of life before returning home or to their previous place of residence. For example, patients may come to the Care Center for medication adjustments after a hospitalization, management of uncontrolled symptoms, or short-term respite care while family caregivers take a much-needed break.
Our goal is always to provide the right level of care at the right time while supporting each patient’s comfort, dignity, and personal wishes. Whether a patient stays for a few days or a longer period of time, our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Community Hospice Care Center is a gift to our community from our community. Local donations provided much of the funding needed to build the center.
